    - A fleecy zip-up jacket (packed in backpack)
    - One pair of socks
    - Wellies or sturdy closed-toe shoes (okay to get wet and muddy)
    - A sun hat for sunny days
    - Spare trousers and socks in backpacks
    - All-day sun cream protection (applied before arriving)

    - A fleecy zip-up jacket (packed in backpack)

Winter Clothing Guidelines

    - Winter waterproofs
    - A thermal base layer
    - Fleece or warm tracksuit bottoms
    - 3 top layers, including long-sleeves
    - Neck snood
    - Hat and gloves (with spares in the backpack)
    - Two pairs of socks
    - Extra jumpers (packed for very cold days)
    - Snow boots or sturdy, warm outdoor boots
